With the Oscars to be announced Tuesday of this week, the Razzie nominations are continuing their tradition of ridicule for the 28th year in a row. Recent Oscar-nominee Eddie Murphy led the race, earning a record five nominations (due to his several roles in Norbit). Lindsay Lohan's film I Know Who Killed Me also "scored" a whopping nine nods from the Razzies, with Worst Picture among them. The full list of nominees is as follows:

As you can see, the Razzies really leaned on certain films this year. Any notable exceptions? I honestly (and fortunately) didn't see a single film on this list so I feel unqualified to comment.

I haven't seen these movies either, but the list makes it quite obvious, that it's only intent is to embarass certain people, since apparently only top movies have been counted. There are so many bad movies, that get STD (Straight-to-DVD) Releases, like lots of action movies and i don't see a single one on the list.
I think the Razzies are by now awarded by a bunch of self righteous bastards, who just crave the attention they get from this.
Just forget about those whiners.

I agree w/ fenrir, the razzies are more of a joke than the awards they give. While I agree that a lot of movies and actors they mention are horrible, there are far worse titles and "actors" that movie companies try to make a buck off.
