Here is pretty much the gist of it:

-Katie Holmes is out as Rachel Dawes because of scheduling conflicts.
-Matt Damon passed on the role of Harvey Dent. Sucks because he would have been perfect.
-Ed Norton, Josh Lucas and Jamie Foxx are the three top choices. I should state that Foxx would be a horrible choice. Anyone else think Hugh Jackman should be it?
-There will be no Penguin/Oswald Cobblepot.

Hopefully the Nolan boys can continue to do some awesome things with the franchise!
