What do you get when you mix Macgyver and John Rambo? The answer is Jason Bourne. This movies greatest success the the creation chaos. Every action scene and chase is a frenzy of split second cuts that you can essentially see what is happening, but you also feel as if you are part of the struggle itself. The film moves at a breakneck pace that keeps you on the edge of your seat all the way to the end. Matt Damon does an excellent job of both acting as an emotionless and ruthless spy, as well as letting a deep emotional character to ooze over just enough to allow the audience to believe him.
The only qualm I have with the film is that the quick-cut, handy cam shooting style is used throughout, even in the movie’s few slower scenes, which I found unnecessary and a bit annoying. Also, they cast Albert Finney as a new character, which confused me for a while as he looks very similar to Brian Cox who portrayed a different character earlier in the series.
The Bourne Ultimatum won’t win any Oscars, but you will be hard pressed to find a movie that is more exciting and enjoyable this summer.

I agree too btw. Best action movie this year I think. And an absolutely brilliant complement to the existing films.
Tops the trilogy off just right :)
