Quentin Tarantino's got a new band of bad asses.
This time, it's a group of soldiers (Dirty Dozen style) who are behind enemy lines during World War II. The title?
Inglorious Bastards.
Tarantino acquired the title and remake rights to a 1978 film of the same name by Enzo Castellari, but the screenplay is said to be original.
Set to start shooting in Europe in October, the film is targeted for accelerated production to be submitted to May's Festival de Cannes. No actors are attached officially, but Brad Pitt's name is floating in discussion.
