Maybe he's not a douche after all. "Disturbia" star Shia LaBeouf has expressed interest in starring in a big screen adaptation of Brian K. Vaughan's comic book "Y: The Last Man." LaBeouf mentioned his interest in acting in the series while on the press junket for "Disturbia" in France, claiming it's the best comic he's ever read.

"Y: The Last Man" is the story of Yorick, a magician who is the last man on Earth, left to live in a world of all women. Thanks to LaBeouf and Vaughan's rising stars (the comic writer is now on the writing staff of "Lost") this project might see the light of day.
