Robert Redford is confirmed to direct the adaptation of Richard A. Clarke's memoir, Against All Enemies, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The book follows Clarke, a former terrorism czar, and his "ultimate insider account" of the Bush administration and its handling of al-Qaida pre-and-post September 11th attacks.

I remember around the time the rights to the book were bought that Clarke would like to see himself played by Harrison Ford. I mean they look nothing alike but it would be interesting.
