Funny you mention that. I thought about it, but decided what the hell. I already made the pun--why not just let it speak for itself?

On G.I Joe at 11/26/2007 2:00pm

I really hate to play devil's advocate here, but they won't be able to release jack unless they have Hasbro's say-so or consent to use the character likeness. It's one thing to release a short film for free, but the minute you attempt to profit from a feature using someone else's characters, they're going to want to know why you're not paying royalties.

Then again, I would love to know if iDiC does have the rights to do this.

iDiC kids, you're here right? Mind explaining how you plan to market this?

On Ben Foster to Appear in 30 Days of Night Sequel? (Spoilers) at 10/18/2007 09:29am

When a studio and a movie love each other very much, they produce sequels. And the sequels begat sequels. And then those turn into straight-to-DVD releases. And then you've got the entire Hellraiser series.

On Halo 3 Pwnt The Heartbreak Kid at 10/15/2007 7:01pm

Halo 3 actually went back in time and cost Ben Stiller the Ben Stiller Show.

On Halo 3 Pwnt The Heartbreak Kid at 10/15/2007 10:44am

Well, when speaking, it is acceptable to say "Owned!"
In print, online and games, one may type "PWNT!" or "I PWN U."

but if you say "PO'NT!" you deserve to be hit.

alan tudyk is: Hasw, the twin brother!

On Long live the new flesh! at 10/04/2007 10:34am

I think off-hand, the single most memorable scene is the Scanners' "exploding head."

But one of the more underrated films has to be "eXistenZ," even though it plays on similar themes of "Videodrome" like the body morphing, "body sex" and organic weapons. But Cronenberg is the only director who can make the body wonderfully creepy--like a Canadian Shinya Tsukamoto.
