At least it had an ending. What I loved about the first one was its mix of CG and actors. The CG was not over done and was shown were appropriate. For example, the pirates walking underwater in the moonlight. While they were in the light they were seen as skeletons. Simple. Amazing. On the other hand, this movie went balls to the wall with the CG. They threw it around everywhere they could, and it was overblown at times. The series started off exceptionally well, then they blew it with the second and third movies.
