The "Fast and Furious" star is in talks to play along side Thomas Jane, Ving Rhames and Russell Mulcahy in a hard-boiled private eye film. "Give 'Em Hell, Malone" will be the latest in the attempt to rekindle the love of the film noir genre in today's movie going audience.
