Essentially, Warner Bros has said absoultely nothing about a potential script (other than "we want one"), so there's no telling whether or not Christian Bale or Brandon Routh would relive their roles as Batman and Superman, respectively. Given the difficulties in penning a JLA movie script (Who is the "main" protagonist? How do you introduce a half-dozen superheroes the audience has never seen before? Who do they fight that will do every character justice?), it'd be unlikely that it would end up strong enough to attract Bale or Christopher Nolan, considering the naturalistic angle the Batman movies have taken.

Either way, a JLA movie will be nothing if we don't finally get to see Batman beat the everloving shit out of Superman. Yeah, they're supposed to be team members, but fuck that shit and give them an excuse to pound the living daylights out of each other.
