News > Jim Broadbent in Indy 4?

Written by: Noah Sanders

Moriarty over at Aint-It-Cool has gotten word from an unnamed spy (or tipster? or informant? or whatever stupid name the internet has monikered these people with) that Boos Tweed himself, Jim Broadbent, is going to appear in the next installment of Indiana Jones.  Seemingly the sort of rotund thespian, will be playing the role of Denhom Elliot, a replacement character for the noticeably missing Marcus Brody.  Broadbent does great work no matter what the film, so this is good good news.  Sure, it's sad that Sallah and Marcus aren't back for another, but at least their patching the holes actors worthy of them.
Also interesting in this short article, is the notion that John Hurt will be playing Albert Einstein.  With all the rumors about New Mexico, Roswell, and Area 51, Einstein's presence in the film makes sense.  Again, this is spyster tip, so it could just be a three hundred pound dweeb, bored of playing 'Halo' and looking to get his name on the internet with some fantasy casting.  So, take it with a grain of salt.

Having Einstein as a character in the movie is cool, but I don't know about casting John Hurt for the role. I believe half the rumor.
