Canadian comedy buddies Seth Rogen and Jay Baruchel are planning to star in "Jay and Seth vs. The Apocalypse," presumably because Seth Green is busy with his various animated shows and Jay Mohr insisted on playing the part with a Christopher Walken accent. According to Variety, the film is based on a short film made by Rogen and his writing partner Evan Goldberg, which was in turn based on a story by Goldberg and Jason Stone. Goldberg and Rogen are writing the screenplay for the feature.

A pretty funny trailer for the short showed up online about a year ago, so in case you missed it…
