Jaime Pressly ("My Name is Earl") has been cast opposite Paul Rudd and Jason Segel in John Hamburg's marriage comedy "I Love You, Man." According to The Hollywood Reporter: The film "centers on a guy (Rudd) about to be married whose fiancee (Rashida Jones) is calling all her friends to be in the wedding. Realizing he has no friends, he starts to go on man-dates to find a best man; he finds one in Segel." Pressly will play Jones's best friend.

Hamburg ("Along Came Polly") wrote the screenplay and will direct. Donald De Line is producing.
