Comedian and finalist in the Easiest to Misspell Name Contest, Zach Galifianakis has been cast in two new films. The first is a comedy called What Happens in Vegas… in which Zach plays "Dave the Bear," the anti-marriage best friend of Ashton Kutcher. Kutcher's character drunkenly marries Cameron Diaz's character in Vegas, much to Dave the Bear's chagrin. Tom Vaughan will direct.

Hoyt Yeatman is directing the other project, an "animal commando" film called G-Force for Disney and Jerry Bruckheimer. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Galifianakis will play "the lead government scientist in charge of a guinea pig commando program, helping send the highly trained elite agents on a dangerous mission." Oh I see. The G is for guinea pig. This is something of a step down from Into the Wild, which was in turn a step up from Corky Romano.
