Colin Farrell and Keira Knightley will star in crime drama London Boulevard.  According to Variety William Monahan, who is known writing The Departed will be directing.  Graham King will producing along side Monahan and Quentin Curtis.

Farrell will play a South London criminal who, after release from prison, tries to give up the gangster life by becoming a handyman for a reclusive young actress.
