Chloe Sevigny and Zooey Deschanel have been cast in the indie comedy "Divorce Ranch" (not to be confused with Taylor Hackford's "Love Ranch"), written and directed by Michael Lindsay-Hogg.
According to Variety, the film "is set in Nevada just after WWII, when a quickie divorce could be granted after residency was established."
Sevigny will play an actress who comes to the ranch with her 6-year-old son so she can then marry a wealthy man. Deschanel will play her assistant. There's no place to find a husband quite like "Divorce Ranch," that's for sure.
67-year-old Lindsay-Hogg last directed a film version of "Waiting for Godot" back in 2001, but has mostly flown under the radar since then.
