J.J. Abrams ("Star Trek," "Lost") will produce "Hot for Teacher," a film based on a spec script by former "Andy Richter Controls the Universe" writer Jay Dyer. Abrams' Bad Robot production company will shepherd the "Superbad"-like project about "a high school senior who sets out to have sex with his teacher before he graduates" (The Hollywood Reporter).
Dyer's credits extend to "DAG" starring David Alan Grier as a Secret Service agent and "All About the Andersons," starring Anthony Anderson as himself.
