The little animated family from Springfield, Somwhere is really making a dent in the foreign box office. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the movie dominated foreign tills for the third weekend in a row, despite strong new entries including Rush Hour 3, as well as "old" favorites such as Ratatouille and Transformers. The Simpsons pulled in $24.1 million, most of it from the People's Republic of Iran, Finland, and some combination of Mongolia and Taiwan. That brings the animated movie's three-week international total to…drumroll….$232 million. Not too freakin bad.
