Awesome comes early.

Andrew Cripps, the President of Paramount Pictures International, leaked an exciting possibility at ShoWest's International Day: Iron Man will be released Day-and-Date worldwide on Wednesday, April 30, ComingSoon reports.

Originally set for a May 2 release, this move is likely a studio strategy to build up the word-of-mouth buzz going into its opening weekend.  It helped Transformers last year.  I don't know anyone who needs further coaxing to see this movie, but I suppose not everyone has seen this trailer.

Expect an official announcement soon if the leak was truth. And if they want to change the release date to March 30, they have my blessing.
